Video Portal is funded by Access New Jersey, so there's no charge for
the services (ISDN users will pay regional toll usage charges ONLY to
call into the nearest gateway. We can provide local ISDN calling in
most cases).
Convenience
Our staff will set-up the conferences; teachers are free to focus on
their students. ANJ provides managed video services for New Jersey's
K-12 schools and libraries. Since the Video Portal staff will
schedule and set-up multipoint conferences, teachers are free to
focus on teaching and learning.
Flexibility
Schools can choose their network service (ISDN, ATM, or IP according
to application and budget. Gateway services allow all systems to
work together. Verizon will provide QoS across the ANJ network.
Conferences including NJ Colleges and Universities via the
NJEDge.net
network are facilitated by the ANJ Video Portal.

districts are all working together in a diverse "virtual" classroom.
