All K-12 schools and public libraries in the state of New Jersey can have access to the ANJ Video Portal. It is the school or library's responsibility to provide a connection to the Video Portal in each LATA location (Mt. Laurel, Atlantic City or Newark).

An ANJ customer can connect to the Portal location via an ISDN call, ATM call, or an IP call.

ANJ customers connecting with ATM or IP will in most cases, connect to the Portal location through their district or county hub.

All institutions will need to submit a Verizon Video Portal Registration Form with the Video Portal staff before using the Video Portal. The Video Portal requires all participants using the "portal" to register and test before a scheduled conference to ensure a smooth experience.
