VidyoConferencing™ Downloads

The Vidyo Desktop software is downloaded the first time you join a session. You will be prompted to allow the download and installation of the required software on your computer when joining an online meeting. You must have "admin" rights for the initial install of the VidyoDesktop software. Usually updates of the Vidyo Desktop software do not need admin rights.

You must have an account to initiate conferences on the Verizon Access New Jersey's VidyoConferencing™ server. However most anyone can participate in a conference if invited to a meeting by signing in as a guest. Guests can receive a link (URL) to a meeting from ANJ Vidyo user. If they do not already have the VidyoDesktop installed they will be prompted to install the required software. After the installation is complete, they sign in as a guest and they will be connected directly into the meeting.

Vidyo Add-in for Microsoft Outlook

Vidyo’s add-in for Outlook 2003 and 2007 will create a shortcut button on your Outlook tool bar which will enable you to add your Vidyo conference room to your meeting invitations with a single click.
